Stress can cause problems for many parents. Being someone's mom or dad isn't always easy. Here are a few ideas that some parents have used to relieve stress.
Take Action
Relieve some stress by talking, exercising, singing, trying a relaxation technique, asking for help or whatever works for you.
Ease Up
Go easy with criticism of yourself and others. Let go of the idea that things need to go as planned.

Be Realistic
Stop for a minute, take a deep breath and look at the situation again. How bad is it, really? Is this the very worst that can happen? Will you even remember this in a year?
